Product characteristics
1. This series of products is certified in accordance with the Taiwan TS Explosion-Proof Unit Specification, Zone1, Group II.B T4,
environmental use.
2. This series of pressure-resistant explosion-proof motors are fully enclosed special design, which can make the gas in the motor housing
detonate, and not let the body structure cause external gas explosion due to the explosion pressure.
3. The motor adopts IE4 (Super Premium) insulation class F (155 °C) dry induction motor with Ex d II.B T4 Gb.
4. The full range of motors is equipped with "external temperature control line" and motor overload protector, which ensures the safety of
abnormal overload of the motor.
5. The pump surface coating is made of Epoxy epoxy resin treatment, which is more resistant to corrosion and leakage than the general
paint, and increases the anti-gangrene protection of the pump surface.
■ Usage
1. In the hazardous zone code, Zonel, Group II.B T4 environment by gas, vapor or droplet shape flammable material, its mixture mixed with
air explosive atmosphere, under normal operation, sometimes may exist in the place of use.
2. Applied to the work of closed spaces with biogas, chemical, flammable, explosive gases, dust and so on.
3. Suitable for chemical, petroleum, mining, power plants, sewage treatment plants, sewer systems, livestock farms, industrial and
agricultural wastewater discharge.
