(1) Introduction

"Aquaenergyexpo.com" is a global exhibition in the water and energy field which includes a magazine, a Knowledge hub, and a virtual expo for water and energy technologies, products, and services, so please read these terms with due attention before using the website or requesting to display the services and products available through it or requesting their purchase. This document is the binding electronic contract for all parties and may work with it before all legal authorities, courts and others in accordance with the following conditions:

"Website", "Aquaenergyexpo.com", "We", "Our" or "Us" refers to Aquaenergyexpo.com in the United Arab Emirates, all its  services and platforms, also refers to the owner of the website, managers, operators and every responsible person for the website.
"User", "You" or "Your" refers to individuals, institutions and companies that use or visit Aquaenergyexpo.com, register an account on it, or provide services and products through it, such as sellers or request services and products through the sellers such as buyers, and who as a user must abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
"Seller" refers to every user registers on the website for the purposes of providing the buyers with the services and products which he or she provides.
"Buyer" refers to every user uses the website for the purposes of obtaining different services and products provided by sellers.
"Service" or "Product" refers to every product or service displayed by sellers through the website and the buyer wishes to obtain it from sellers in accordance with the terms of the sellers, which includes water technology products and services.
"Agreement" refers to this document, which includes different terms, conditions and policies including the terms and policies of sellers, terms and policies of buyers, as well as the website's privacy policy and any written, electronic or oral agreements or contracts.
(3) Description
Aquaenergyexpo.com is concerned with linking between sellers on the one hand and buyers on the other, the website is concerned with the services and products, which are provided by sellers who meet the conditions specified in these terms&conditions.
Seller can identify the services and products they wish to provide in advance, and display through the website, which the buyer can browse and purchase the service according to the purchasing mechanisms specified by the sellers.
(4) Account
AquaEnergy Expo allows users to register by clicking on "Register". The registration of the account for the user requires to provide us with the following data (full name, e-mail, mobile number, gender, password). The user's account name, whether a seller or buyer, must be compatible with its official data, and registration is prohibited with fake names, misleading, irregular or names of other people. The picture used in the user's account must be of his own, and it is prohibited to upload any pictures of the others through the website. It is prohibited to add any picture that violates public morals or applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates.The user must register for an account on Aquaenergyexpo.com with his mobile number and contact data, so that he/she can receive any notifications sent from the website. The user must maintain his username and password, and not disclose them to others, and in all cases the user is committed to all the transactions made through his account on the website. The account on the website is provided with a licensing system for using the account, so we have the right to revoke this License and terminate the membership at any time without providing any reasons.
(5) Services and Products Policy
  • The services and products provided by sellers to buyers through the website must be in the field of water technology, and the services and products must be consistent with any other categories allowed to be displayed through the website and we have the right to change the type of the allowed services and products through the website at any time we deem appropriate.
  • The seller registers and displays the services and products he provides to buyers through the website, and the displayed services and products must be available by the seller.
  • The requests between the parties and the request for communication are submitted in accordance with the request method approved by the seller.
  • Services and products are provided completely to buyers by sellers, so the buyer clarifies all the requirements of the service that he/she wishes benefit from through the website clearly and explicitly to the sellers directly.
  • The prices of the service ordered by the buyer is set by the seller alone, and the website does not interfere in any way in setting prices.
  • "Aquaenergyexpo.com" website allows sellers and buyers to write a review for each other, and reviews must be subject to the reviews policy approved in this agreement.
  • The website completely disclaims its responsibility for all communication processes, whether take place inside or outside the website in violation of this agreement, and the process of communication between the parties takes place at their own responsibility.
  • The website completely disclaims its responsibility for the information and files provided either by the seller or by the buyer, and the website will not be responsible in any way with any of the parties, the website's role is limited to achieving electronic linkage between the parties.
(6) Terms and Conditions of Sellers
  • The seller must be specialized and professional in providing the allowed services and products through the website (water technology) and the seller must explain the categories of services and products that he can provide the buyer with.
  • The seller must obtain all professional and/or business licenses and permits from the competent authorities, provided that the seller guarantees the continued validity of these licenses, permits and official documents necessary to engage in the business throughout the period of time he uses the website.
  • The seller undertakes to stop using the website if his activity has become unlicensed by the competent authorities, or if  licenses heave expired and are not renewed.
  • The seller guarantees the validity and legality of all licenses, documents, attachments and data he provides us through the website or any other means and is legally responsible if these documents and data are inaccurate or falsified.
  • The seller must provide services and products to the buyers honestly and truthfully, and it is prohibited to deceive, lie or mislead the buyer.
  • The seller must fully clarify what he/she will provide to the buyer, so that the buyer is aware of the service that he/she will receive from the seller.
  • The seller must clarify the special prices that is for the services and products that he/she provides to the buyer, and it is prohibited in any way to change the prices after submitting the service order, and it is prohibited to order any additional amounts that are not agreed upon with the buyer.
  • The seller must provide the service by himself to the buyer, and the seller will be fully responsible for the quality, accuracy and performance of the service as required.
  • The seller guarantees the services and products that he provides to the buyer, and he guarantees that there are no shortages or errors in the service he provides, and the buyer has the right to recourse against the seller in case the service has errors, incomplete or defective properties .
  • During the provision of the service to the buyer, the seller is obligated not to violate any of the rights of others, such as privacy rights, which include data, information, personal matters, or any copyrights of other people, or any legal rights of others.
  • The seller, during the provision of the service to the buyer, is obliged to not offend any person or entity, or use an inappropriate method of dialogue. The seller shall be bound to treat the buyer decently, it is prohibited to direct any offense to the buyer.
  • The seller acknowledges that we do not have any legal relationship of any kind other than what is stipulated in this agreement, and therefore we do not represent him before the buyer, and he/she is personally responsible for all intentional and unintentional errors he/she commits during the provision of service to the buyer.
  • The seller acknowledges his full responsibility for all damages he/she caused to the buyer, and for any negligence from him during the implementation of the service.
(7) Terms and Conditions of Buyers
  • The buyer must register an account on the website to benefit from the services provided by the website, so if you do not have an account on the website you must register to have your own  account with us.
  • The buyer requests services and products from the sellers registered on the website at his\her own responsibility, so we allow the buyer to choose the seller he\she wishes to deal with from the list of sellers available on the website.
  • We license the use of the account personally, and therefore the buyer is prohibited from authorizing others to benefit from the services and products available via the website through his account, and the buyer is prohibited from disclosing account and password data to other people.
  • The buyer should fully view the services and products available through the website, and access to the seller's data that he/she wishes to deal with.
  • The buyer shall request paid samples before contracting with the seller to buy large quantities to inspect and ensure that their features and quality meet his needs, he shall also check all legal aspects of the seller and assume all warranties that protect him before making any deals. AquaEnergy Expo disclaims all liability for any disputes arising between the seller and buyer.
  • The buyer knows and agrees that the seller and the buyer are fully responsible for the services and products provided by the seller to the buyer and that the role of the website is to connect the parties only, while the product quality, accuracy, compatibility with the information and features provided by the buyer, prices, delivery times, shipping terms, payment, and refund are the sole responsibility of the seller and the buyer, and the website disclaims all liability for any obligations to the parties.
  • In case that the service is provided in the manner agreed upon on the part of the seller, the buyer has no right to object to the service or request its cancellation, and the cancellation request is subjected to the cancellation policy approved by seller.
  • The buyer knows and agrees that "Aquaenergyexpo.com" website does not guarantee that the services and products that received through the sellers meet  all of his expectations, and that the buyer has to accept the service as long as it is fully implemented by the seller.
  • In all cases, the buyer receives the services and products through the seller on his own responsibility, without any guarantee or accreditation from the website, the registration of sellers with us does not mean that the services and products provided by the seller are approved from our side.
  • The buyer shall be bound to treat the seller decently, and it is prohibited to direct any offense to the sellers.
  • "Aquaenergyexpo.com" does not guarantee any payments made outside the website or the recovery of those payments, and it is the responsibility of its parties.
  • The buyer knows that the prices agreed with the seller are final, and therefore the buyer doesn’t have the right to request a reduction of the price after the order is submitted. Also, he/she is not required to pay any additional amounts over the value of the order.
  • The buyer acknowledges that we do not have any legal relationship with him of any kind other than what is stipulated in this agreement, and therefore we are not his agent before the seller, and the buyer is personally responsible for all intentional and unintentional errors he/she committed while benefiting from the website services and products or services and products provided by the seller.
(8) Pricing Policy
  • The website allows the buyer to request for quotation from the seller he\she wishes to deal with, and the buyer must enter detailed data about the services and products he\she wishes to get, fill out all forms and complete the required steps via the website.
  • The buyer knows and agrees that the offered quotations are provided by the sellers in accordance with their vision, and the website does not interfere in any way with the quotations provided by the sellers.
  • The buyer has the right to accept or reject the price, and if the price is accepted, the buyer accepts the price and accepts dealing with sellers at his own responsibility.
  • The website does not receive any payments from the buyers and the buyer pays for the seller directly, and therefore the website does not provide any guarantee about quotations or payments.
(9) The contract between the buyer and the seller
  • This document regulates the use of the website and the services and products displayed through it, and the buyer and the seller must conclude their own contract that regulates the provision of the service, payments and instalments, their due dates, receive and delivery dates, and other contractual and penalty requirements.
  • The buyer and the seller acknowledge that the website is not a party to the contract between them and that the website has no control over any party and we do not guarantee that either of the parties will implement its obligations.
  • If any party breaches its obligations under the contract, the affected party has the right to recourse to the competent authorities and the court without recourse against the website in any way.
(10) Guarantee and Safety
  • In all cases, the seller shall bear all consequences and damages in case of injuries, accidents, deaths and damages to the facilities and places where the service is provided if the damage is arising out of the work provided by the seller.
(11) Subcontracting
  • If the seller contracts with employees, workers, sellers or contractors to assist in providing the services and products to the buyer, he shall bear the full legal responsibility against the buyer for all actions and works implemented by the people with whom he has subcontracted.
  • The seller shall afford all the wages and salaries of the subcontracting parties, and the buyer is not allowed to claim any of these financial dues.
  • Subcontracts should not affect the smooth running of the buyer's project and should not cause any delay in the implementation of works.
(12) Obligation of Professional Confidentiality
  • The seller shall be bound to maintain all the data, information and files that he/she has seen during the implementation of the buyer's service, and in no way may disclose any of this information to any person or other entity.
  • The seller shall be bound not to use the data of the buyers as evidence of provision of prior services and products.
  • In the case that the seller prejudice to any of these provisions, in accordance with the applicable laws, he/she will be considered to have breached the legally obligation to "maintain the professional confidentiality", and is therefore he/she is systematically responsible for this unlawful act. Also, he/she is responsible for any claims or compensations requested by the buyer amicably or judicially.
(13) Communication between parties
  • The buyer communicates directly with the seller for the purposes of inquiring about the required services and products or about the request for their implementation.
  • It is prohibited to use the website for communication purposes with the aim of acquaintance or for other purposes not related to the order of services and products or enquiry about them.
  • It is prohibited to use the website for the purposes of illegal communication between the parties. Also, it is prohibited to use the website for the purposes of sending any illegal messages, contain offense, nasty words or other illegal content.
(14) Booking and Cancellation Policy
  • Service booking and cancellation are subjected to the terms of the seller, which are explained to the buyer, and to any special terms agreed upon by the buyer and the seller.
  • The website does not provide any guarantees about the booking and cancellation terms and they are implemented by the seller and the buyer without interference or brokerage on the part of the website, the website connects the parties only for the purposes of the agreeing on the services and products.
(15) Fees and Payment
  • The buyer pays for the agreed services and products with the seller directly to the seller through the payment method agreed upon between both parties, and the website does not interfere with receiving, sending, and refunding any service payments.
  • The website services and products are provided to the buyer for free, while services and products are provided to sellers on the website for fees set by the website administration, and the seller must pay the fees due to us through our approved payment methods.
  • Banks used by the seller in payments processes as well as the electronic payment seller may impose fees for money transfers or recovery, and in this case the buyer bears all of these fees.
  • The website has the right at any time to modify our payment policy without being required to obtain the user's express or tacit consent.
(16) Terms of accession to the agreement
  • As this agreement is an electronic contract between AquaEnergy Expo website and all its users, legal and legitimate capacity must be available to all the users of the website in accordance with applicable laws.
  • The user must be not less than 18 years old at the time of accession to this agreement, and if the user is less than that, he/she must accede to this agreement by the legal guardian in accordance with the provisions of guardianship applicable.
  • The user must see the provisions of this agreement in full before accession to it, as the user's entry with us in this agreement means that he/she has seen all its terms, and is bound by it and by all the legal implications arising from the application of its provisions.
  • Throughout the period of accession to this agreement, the user must ensure that all the terms and requirements mentioned in the agreement, as well as all the terms and requirements stipulated in the applicable laws, are available.
  • If the user loses any of the terms of this agreement, this agreement will be null for that user, while applying all legal implications arising during the period of its validity to the user.
(17) Electronic Contract
  • Since the services we provide are all electronic, and we deal with all our users electronically, we have had to waive written contracts and documents that must be signed with each user and counting on the electronic documents and contracts within a systematic framework in which we take into account all applicable legal provisions.
  • This agreement is an electronic contract between AquaEnergy Expo website and all its users, replaces all oral or written agreements prior to accession to it, and this contract is legally valid as it meets all legal requirements of consent, subject-matter and cause, and offer and acceptance are available in this electronic contract which are required by the applicable laws for the validity of the contracts.
  • This electronic contract produces all the legal effects entail by the written contracts signed between the parties, and this contract replaces them, takes their judgment and entails their effects.
  • This electronic contract is subjected to modification and continuously update to comply with the services provided by the Aquaenergyexpo.com, and the user is responsible for revising this agreement periodically to revise any modification to those terms and conditions, and any use or access to our services after the modifications we have made is an express consent to them and an acceptance of the new terms.
  • You are not licensed to interpret or construe any of the conditions of this agreement, and Aquaenergyexpo.com is the only authority competent to interpret or construe the terms of this agreement, so you should contact us immediately in  case that none of these terms are clear to you.
(18) Electronic Signature
In electronic contracts, the consent to them don’t require obtaining written signatures of the users, but the consent to them are done by electronic means, and in Aquaenergyexpo.com there are two types of consent and accession to this agreement, namely express consent and tacit consent, which are ultimately considered an electronic signature on this agreement:
  • Express consent: consent is express if the user registers his account on the website, provides services and products through it or requests to benefit from the services and products provided through it, and this consent is considered an electronic signature of this agreement.
  • Tacit consent: consent is tacit if the user uses or visits the website services and products or stays on the website for long periods of time, and this type of use is considered an electronic signature of this agreement.
(19) Legal Notices
  • All legal notices required to be communicated in accordance with applicable laws  sent through means of communication provided to us by the user, which includes telephone call or telephone messages or e-mail, and these telephone or electronic notices replace all legally required written notices and are officially approved between the parties.
  • Each user acknowledges that he/she has waived any legal rights to receive any written notices from the website, and acknowledges that the website is not obliged to provide written notices which can be replaced by telephone or electronic notices in the production of their legal effects as pointed out above, and is invoked before all official authorities.
(20) Contracting Parties
  • We contract in Aquaenergyexpo.com with some other parties to optimally support and operate the website, for example, we contract with an electronic payment service provider to secure payment processes of the sellers and provide multiple payment methods on the part of these contracting authorities, and we in Aquaenergyexpo.com  also contracting with web hosting and websites authorities to fully store content, data and website to ensure its work flow permanently, without interruption, losing content or data.
  • The user delegate us to deal with the contracting parties on his behalf, and he/she is binding with all contracts we conclude with these authorities  and with any caveats of use, the work of these authorities  have become an integral part of the work of the website, In the case that the user objects to contracting with these authorities, this means that he/she does not want to benefit from the services and products of the website completely.
  • We may change the contracting parties from time to time, and for different reasons, and we may also contract with new parties, and in these cases, we will not be seeking your opinion or obtaining your consent, but we will do so on by ourselves without having to refer to you.
(21) Non-Contracting Parties

  • The website disclaims its legal responsibility for any direct or indirect faults, intentional or unintentional, made by the third parties that provide services and products via the website. You are using the services of these non-contracting authorities on your own responsibility.
(22) Conditions of Use

(27) Reviews Policy
  • "Aquaenergyexpo.com" provides the review service for sellers and the buyer, so the buyer can review (the review of the seller , the review of the service , the review of ease of use of the website, the review of website), and the reviews must be subjected to the following terms .The review should be in appropriate words, be related to the service, the website, the seller and the buyer, and the review should be constructive for the purposes of improving and developing services or highlighting their advantages or disadvantages.
  • The review should be decent and not include offensive phrases for website, sellers, buyers or other parts.
  • The review should not abuse any other services and products not affiliated to us, such as applications, rival websites or other services and products.

(30) Legal Liability
