Principle of Fluoride Analyzer
Fluoride in water is mainly in the presence of fluoride ions, fluoride ions and in excessive circumstances, fluoride ions will combine with calcium ions in the blood, resulting in insoluble calcium fluoride, which further causes hypocalcemia.
Principle: fluorine ion reacts with fluorine reagent and lanthanum nitrate in acetate buffer medium with a PH value of 4.1 to form a blue complex. The absorbance of the complex is proportional to the concentration of fluorine ions, and the content of fluorine ions in water is calculated.
