For automatic and continuous water softening in industrial applications, duplex softeners are utilized. It has a monodisperse quality exchanger resin, one brine tank, and one Clack main control valve per pressure tank. Regeneration is controlled by volume or time.

                                                            Conditions of use
                                                            The unit may only be used for softening feed water of drinking water quality or appropriately pre-treated well or surface water. Utilization of ECOTROL-D Duplex Softeners

For uses where a steady supply of soft water and excellent operational dependability are necessary.
Usually applied prior to a reverse osmosis system as a pre-treatment.
