Surface or well water that has been pre-filtered or pre-precipitated is treated using an ultrafiltration system. Siemens S7-1200 PLC equipment enables completely automatic operation with cyclic backwash and pleasant touch screen operation.Chemically aided backwashing (CEB) is also made possible by optional CEB dosing pumps.
Terms of usage:

The raw water's quality affects the filtrate flux.
The pressure at which raw water is provided must be at least 2.5 bar.
One possible solution for the raw water supply in the event of insufficient inlet pressure is to use a frequency-controlled centrifugal pump.
Additionally, the waste water and product sides of the system are constructed for free exit.
For pre-treatment (particularly when COD levels are greater than 2 mg/l), we advise using FeCl3-based flocculants.
For separating gritty debris, we suggest using a disc filter from the DISC-UF series.
Chemically-enhanced backwashing (CEB) can be performed with the optional CEB 30 or CEB 50 dosing systems.
When utilizing cleaning chemicals, the requirement to neutralize the waste water that results must be verified.

Applications of UF Ultrafiltration units:
