Working principle

The basic principle is to use an asymmetric microporous structure and a semi-permeable membrane medium at room temperature with a specific pressure and flow rate, using the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane as a driving force, to filter in a cross-flow mode, allowing solvent and small molecular substances to pass through. The filter membrane blocks macromolecular substances and microparticles such as proteins, water-soluble polymers, microorganisms, and so on, allowing a new form of membrane separation technology to fulfill its separation, classification, purification, and concentration goals.
Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven membrane separation method. Ultrafiltration membranes can separate macromolecular and colloidal substances with a molecular mass of 5-1 million and particle diameters ranging from 0.005-0.1 μm.
