Boiler fully automatic softening water equipment is a water treatment device for the purpose of preventing boiler scaling. When the raw water is treated by the softening water equipment, the calcium and magnesium ions originally contained in the water that can cause the boiler to generate dirt are replaced, thereby prolonging the life of the boiler. It can also reduce fuel consumption and cost to a certain extent.
The hardness of water is mainly composed of cations: calcium (Ca2) and magnesium (Mg2) ions. When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer of the exchanger, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are replaced with the sodium ions in the resin. The water that flows out is the softened water that has removed the hardness ions.
