Silicon carbide ceramic membrane is a kind of inorganic membrane, which belongs to the solid membrane material in membrane separation technology. 
Silicon carbide ceramic membrane is fired at a high temperature above 2000℃. 
The particle surface is smooth and round. There are no closed pores and channels in the support layer and each layer. 
It is usually composed of three-layer structures with different pore sizes (porous support layer, transition layer, and layer), with asymmetric distribution, pore size specifications are 0.04μm, 0.1μm, 0.5μm, 1μm, 3μm.
