The basic CDI-Low systems include one or more (up to 8) IONPURE® CDI-LX modules on a frame with power supply, controllers, piping, sample valves, cleaning connections, and flow and quality monitoring equipment. They have flow rates ranging from 1.7 to 180 gpm (0.39 to 40.88 m3/hr).
Hot water sanitization of certain CDI-LX systems can reach up to 185°F (85° C). Standard CDI-High systems combine multiple Ionpure® VNX modules on a frame with power supplies, controllers, piping, sample valves, cleaning connections, and instrumentation for pressure, flow, and quality monitoring. They range in flow rates from 100 gpm to 600 gpm nominal (22.7 to 136.3 m3/hr).
A safe, chemical-free method of increasing the purity of RO (reverse osmosis) water is continuous electrodeionization. Without the need of regeneration chemicals or deionization (DI) tanks, CDI Low and High systems provide an unbroken stream of high purity water up to 18 megohm-cm using our tried-and-true, unique process.
