A novel piece of sewage treatment machinery is the dissolved air flotation machine. It separates suspended materials from water by flocculating it into tiny particles using compressed air as a power source. The air flotation machine may flocculate and settle suspended materials in the water during the sewage treatment process. It is primarily made up of an air flotation tank, an ejector, a dissolved air releaser, and a pressure dissolved air tank. Prior to air dissolving, air is delivered through the ejector into the pressure air dissolving tank containing the sewage that needs to be treated. The dissolved air releaser then releases the dissolved air in the sewage, creating tiny bubbles. Scum is created when these microscopic bubbles mix with impurities like grease, suspended particles, and other colloids in the water. Finally, an air flotation tank is used to separate the scum from the water.

Model DAF
Brand WZSS

Applications of Dissolved Air Flotation Machine
(1) Eliminate TSS and oil.
(2) Sort groundwater's tiny particles and algae.
(3) Extract valuable materials, like paper pulp, from industrial sewage.
(4) Serve as a secondary sedimentation tank to concentrate and separate sludge and suspended particles.
Ideal location:
Meat processing, sugar, medicine, paper production, printing, and coloring, tanneries and leather, the petrochemical sector, home wastewater, etc.

Characteristics of Dissolved Air Flotation Machine
 (1) High efficiency, large capacity, and compact size.
 (2) Small footprint, simple to use and maintain.
 (3) Elimination of silt expansion.
(4) Aerate the water while the air is floating; this clearly removes the active ingredient and bad odor from the water. Concurrently, the elevated level of dissolved oxygen creates a suitable environment for the subsequent procedure.
(5) When disposing of water with lower temperature, lower turbidity, and more algae, this procedure can yield the best results.
