Structure 
of Dissolved Air Flotation
The main body of the equipment is a rectangular steel structure. The main components are composed of the dissolved air pump, air compressor, dissolved air tank, rectangular box, air flotation system, mud scraping system, etc.
1. The dissolved gas tank produces small bubbles with a particle size of 20-40um, which adhere to the flocs firmly, and can achieve a good air flotation effect;

Technical Process of Dissolved Air Flotation
The dissolved gas tank produces dissolved gas water, and the dissolved gas water is released to 5 cubic meters of water to be treated by the decompression of the release device. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form tiny bubbles of 20-40um, which combine with the suspended matter in the sewage to make the specific gravity of the suspended matter less than water and gradually float to the water's surface to form scum. There is a scraper system on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge tank. The clean water enters the clean pool from the bottom through the overflow tank.

Combustion process and a brief description:
The waste is manually put into the primary combustion chamber of the furnace body, and the automatic temperature control starts the primary combustion. According to the principle of combustion three T (temperature, time, vortex), it is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed, and burned in the furnace body combustion chamber. The flue gas produced by incineration enters the second combustion chamber, and the unburned harmful substances in the flue gas are further destroyed in the second combustion chamber. In order to completely decompose the unburned embers and meet the emission requirements, the second combustion chamber is equipped with a burner to assist combustion and is equipped with a unique secondary air supply device to ensure that the flue gas is in full contact with oxygen at high temperatures, and at the same time to ensure that the flue gas is in the second combustion chamber. The residence time of the combustion chamber is adjusted according to the oxygen content of the flue gas at the outlet of the second combustion chamber. The temperature in the second combustion chamber is controlled and the larger particles are removed by the dust collector so that the incineration efficiency and destruction removal rate can reach more than 99% so that it can achieve the effect of no odor, no odor, and smoke, and reach the national emission standard. It enters the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere, and the ashes produced after combustion are manually taken out, screened, transferred, and buried.
