Dissolved Air Flotation is a productive flotation technique for clarifying water. The process of creating buoyancy by first dissolving air under pressure in the water and then releasing the pressure is referred to by this name. Millions of tiny bubbles form as the pressure is released, supersaturating the solution with air. Any particles in the water that these bubbles bind to lose some of their water-like density. Working Principle:
The primary function of air flotation separation and purification is to separate solids from liquids (while also reducing chromaticity, BOD, and COD). In order to remove the suspended flocs in the water, air flotation primarily uses the micro bubbles in the dissolved air water created by the dissolved air system to bond with the flocs in the water. The suspended matter rises to the water's surface along with the micro bubbles to form flotsam.
