Fal-CIP1001 is a strong and efficient scale removal for steam boilers and steam rising systems. It consists of a mixture of organic and inorganic acid mixture. Fal-CIP1001 contains an inhibitor to direct the removal action towards the scales not the metallic piping.
Treatment and Dosage Requirements:
Fal-CIP1001 can be used by circulation or by dip. The required quantity depends upon the amount of scales formed. Descaling solution can be circulated via descaling apparatus with a pump or can be stirred with compressed air to renew the areas of contact constantly. It is preferred to worm up the boiler water containing the descaling solution to 80° C to activate the solution.
Storage:
It has to be stored away from sun and hat in a cold and old ventilated place.
Packing:
It is available in 70 kg and 250kg drums.
