Applications of Reverse Osmosis Cleaning Agents

Dosage point: The equipment supplied by the manufacturer of the membrane system should be used in conjunction with reverse osmosis cleaning chemicals. Please get in touch with our technical engineer to create or acquire a membrane cleaning device if such equipment is not readily available.
Dosage: Based on the actual parameters of your system, our technical expert will estimate the ideal dosage, which is usually 2% to 5% of the entire volume of the cleaning system, including cleaning tanks, connecting pipes, filters, pressure vessels, and membranes.
Dilution: Prior to entering the membrane system, the cleaning agent needs to be diluted in the cleaning tank. To produce the cleaning solution, mix 1 kilogram of cleaning agent with 49 kilos of premium RO product water. This will dilute it to a concentration of 2% (acid cleaning agent pH adjusted to 2-3, alkaline cleaning agent pH adjusted to 10–11).
