DESCRIPTION OF Ultrasonic Agriculture Irrigation Macro Water Meter
This water meter is a reliable and absolutely mature achievement in high-accuracy measurement.
In addition, the unique compact design ultimately assures the quality of water-proof protection. The accuracy is guaranteed even if installed underwater for a long time. Moreover, this water meter's core engineering concept aims to cut the budget on overall operating costs from remote meter readings.
Ultrasonic Water Meter Parameters
Measuring principle of water meter:
 The principle of ultrasonic time difference is adopted, and the ultrasonic wave is self-adapted to the receiving circuit for sending and receiving signal processing.
Water meter measurement accuracy: ± 2% repeatability, better than ± 0.5%.
Water meter measurement cycle: the general default value is 3 seconds (1~31 seconds the user can choose).
Water meter measurement display: automatic cycle display, measurement results, programmable. Such as positive and negative cumulative quantity, instantaneous flow rate, flow velocity, fluid sound velocity, cumulative working time, date, working status error code; battery power, ultrasonic signal strength, and signal quality.
Water meter measuring medium: water
Operation method: magnetic operating stick, internal double buttons.
Output mode: RS485,  M-BUS, GPRS optional.
And the communication protocol is compatible with the communication protocol of similar domestic products/standard M-BUS protocol/GPRS, CDMA communication protocol/customized special communication protocol for users.
Working temperature: ambient temperature -40°C~80°C (LCD display -25°C~70°C wide temperature range).
Sensor High-temperature wear-resistant ceramic sensor has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 160°C.
Sensor pipe section: mold casting process is used for one-time casting, with no leakage. The sensor pipe diameter is optional from DN15 to DN 1200mm, and the length of the pipe section is produced according to common specifications.
Cumulative flow: 8-bit long positive and negative cumulative volume, internal 64-bit calculation. Record the monthly accumulated flow and velocity in the first 24 months, etc. The accumulated unit is 1, 0.1, 0.01, 0.001, 0.0001m 3 optional.
Circuit features: Double-balanced 20dB dynamic range ultrasonic self-adaptive receiving circuit is adopted to improve working reliability.
Programming function: There are many programmable functions in the machine.
Communication baud rate: 300, 1200, 2400, 4800, can be used to check the position.
Fault diagnosis: with fault self-diagnosis function, with fault indicator.
Working Principle
The ultrasonic water meter collects sound waves and uses a calculation formula to obtain the amount of water flowing through the water meter per unit of time to calculate the water flow rate to obtain the cumulative flow of water.
Due to the unique structure of the ultrasonic water meter, the pipe must be filled with water when installing the water meter. If there are bubbles in the pipe section, it may affect the measurement of the water meter. When installing the ultrasonic water meter, it is advisable to choose horizontal installation or vertical installation.
The ultrasonic water meter uses the calculation formula to obtain the amount of water flowing through the water meter per unit of time by collecting sound waves to calculate the flow rate of the water to obtain the cumulative flow of water.
