The Principle of Work
First, the raw water is pretreated using precision filters, activated carbon filters, and quartz sand filters. After that, a pump applies pressure, and a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane is used for sophisticated filtration. At only 1/10,000 μm, the RO membrane's pores are incredibly tiny—roughly 1/6,000 the size of an E. coli bacterium and 1/300 the size of a virus. This enables it to achieve exceptionally high water purity by efficiently eliminating a variety of impurities, such as heavy metals, organic compounds, bacteria, viruses, and inorganic ions.
A pressure differential across the RO membrane is maintained throughout the filtration process. Osmotic pressure normally causes water to move from the low-salinity side to the high-salinity side. The reverse osmosis effect is produced when the flow reverses when the external pressure surpasses this osmotic pressure. By completely removing impurities, this procedure guarantees that the purified water satisfies stringent drinking water quality requirements for both chemical and microbiological safety.

1. Industry of Food and Drink

Used in the manufacturing of beverages (fruit juice, mineral water), dairy products, seasonings (vinegar, soy sauce), etc.
