For new diffusion aeration installations that use fine bubble membrane technology, the Disc diffuser is the ideal option. Without a doubt, its creative design makes it the most effective and economical diffuser of its kind. An actual breakthrough in the engineering of membrane diffusers. To improve performance and lower utility costs, the Disc diffuser assembly is also made to be easily and quickly retrofitted into already-existing diffused aeration installations.
Three models and three materials
EPDM:
Used in the majority of industrial and municipal sewage systems, it has long-lasting physical qualities, is anti-tear, retains its shape after years of use, and produces tiny bubbles. Not appropriate for high metal salt concentrations, solvents, or grease.
Although silicone rubber's physical qualities are inferior to those of EPDM, it is a stable material that works well in industrial wastewater with high grease content and high temperatures. Its membrane won't harden and shrink, and it has good resistance to organic solvents and grease sewage.
PTFE coating: Suitable for pulp, refineries, garbage filter solutions, and other hard-to-treat industrial sewage fields, it reduces surface scaling, lowers maintenance, and extends the use of solvents, grease, and other chemicals with a broad range of resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
BETTER RUBBER MATERIAL SELECTED
The material composition and imported quality rubber raw materials are tailored to the demands of aeration working conditions.
Superior physical and chemical characteristics can successfully stop the product from contracting, hardening, and extending its life.
MEMBRANE PUNCH PROCESSING DONE RIGHT
Air distribution is uniform, the bubble is fine, and scaling is difficult.
The mold pressing process guarantees a high tear strength, multidirectional tear resistance, and a uniform membrane specific gravity.
As an alternative to adhesive technology, hot melt welding offers consistent, stable, and dependable quality.
DESIGN INGENUITY SPIRIT DETAILS
Longer membrane life, less long-term damage from high-speed airflow, and special check structure design.
Reduce the resistance loss in the operating state by optimizing the design of the airflow channel structure.
Aspects of chemistry and physics
Six tests for physical characteristics include density, ultimate elongation, tensile strength, tear strength, hardness, and 100% tensile 24-hour shape variable.
Sixth, deionized water quality, oil resistance, alkali, hot air aging acid, water volume change rate, and chemical performance test.
Assure superior quality
