The stack screw sludge dehydrator is a specialized equipment used for sludge dewatering. It operates on the principle of the double screw type enrichment dehydrator. The sludge enters the screw press through the sandwich screw propeller and travels along the spiral axis of the screen tube, where it is enriched and dehydrated.  Features of sludge dewatering machine
  1. Metering tank: The conveying pump moves the sludge to the metering tank, and the return pipe returns the excess material to the sludge storage tank.
  2. Flocculation mixing tank: To create a nice alu m flower, the measured sludge is thoroughly mixed and agitated in the flocculation mixing tank along with the injected polymer flocculant.
