The contemporary livestock and poultry breeding industry, as well as the advent of factory-based intensive breeding, have improved people's material demands, but they have also resulted in the expansion of livestock and poultry sewage, which pollutes water sources, the air, and the environment. Pig manure processors are environmentally friendly pieces of equipment used to dehydrate livestock and poultry dung on farms. It may convert pig dung and other raw poultry and animal waste into liquid and solid organic fertilizer. The raw manure water is delivered to the pig dung dehydrator by a matching submersible pump, and the solid matter (dry manure) is extruded and separated through the stainless steel spiral shaft in the screen, while the liquid runs out through the screen.
Operational Principle of Spiral Dehydrator:

Use a submersible pump to lift raw dung water into the solid-liquid separator, then squeeze the dragon to gradually push the material to the front of the machine, continuously increasing the pressure on the front edge, and forcing the moisture in the material to pass through the side pressure belt filter.
Squeeze it through a mesh sieve. When the pressure reaches a specific level, the filter residue trapped in the filter screen opens the discharge port and squeezes out of it, completing the extrusion and discharge process.
The solid-liquid separator operates constantly, and wastewater separated by screw extrusion filtration can be routed directly to the sedimentation tank, for example.

Applications of Spiral Dehydrator:

This machine is commonly used in poultry, pigs, cattle, horses, and other intensive breeding farms to clean animal dung, biogas slurry, distiller's grains, pharmaceutical residues, starch residues, sauce residues, slaughterhouses, kitchen trash, and so on. Concentrated organic wastewater is separated into slag and liquid.
Practicality: This set of equipment can separate slag liquid quickly. The moisture level of the separated dung residue ranges between 55 and 65%.
The moisture content of the slag can be modified and utilized in feeds containing a variety of substances. It is easy to transport, and its solid particles make excellent raw materials for fish feed and organic fertilizer.
Advancement: This line of machines has excellent decontamination capabilities, no clogging, and is simple to clean. The solid content, chemical oxygen consumption, total oxygen consumption, and nitrogen and phosphorus removal rates of treated feces and urine can range from 70 to 95 percent.
