Overview of the Structure

System of water supply

It is made comprised of an intake solenoid valve, a flow meter, and a pressure lowering valve to provide a smooth water supply and no significant pressure fluctuations, as well as to calculate and show inlet flow.

System for feeding dry powder

It is made up of a screw pump, a vibrator, a heater, and a material level switch. The screw pump's speed is regulated by a PLC and a frequency converter, and dry powder is added at the specified concentration. The vibrator and heater can keep the powder from becoming wet, caking, and metamorphism from occurring.

System for dry powder premixing

Three tanks in one: a mixing tank, a storage tank, and a storage tank. The ultrasonic level sensor measures the liquid level height, and the PLC controls the start and stop of the powder feeding and dosing motors.

System of dosing

Open and prepare two frequency-controlled dosing pumps, set the motor frequency to the actual dosing volume requirements, and manage dosage size. The dosing pump must be selected manually, and the selection is invalid when the dosing pump is functioning.
