The PAC dosing system is mostly used in power plants to treat water supply, boiler water, circulation water, and waste water, but it can also be used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, water supply systems, and other industries. The unit combination dosing device consists primarily of a solution tank, a metering pump, a filter, a safety valve, a check valve, a pulse damper, a water level meter, and a control cabinet that are integrated and mounted on a base. To begin operation, the user simply places the combined dosing device in the dosing room, connects the dosing pipe, and turns on the power supply. This factory-made full gadget can significantly minimize the workload for design and on-site construction. Quality, safety, and on-site operation of the entire machine ensure a dependable assurance.
How it works.
The dosing device is based on the metering pump as the primary dosing equipment. Automatic monitoring systems, power control systems, and other components are placed on a shared platform based on the process flow's requirements to form a module known as a skid-mounted combined unit.
In terms of installation, the dosing device has a mechanical and electrical integration structure and can be classified as either fixed or mobile (cart type). Each type of dosing equipment includes a stirring system, a dosing system, and an automated control system. Several fixed skids can be merged into a single unit, together with the frequency conversion control system, which allows for local control, remote automatic control, manual and automatic conversion, and dosing.
The dosing device accurately configures solutions of various solid and liquid chemicals using various process designs, and then utilizes the metering pump to precisely add them to fulfill varied design criteria. Examples include descaling, deoxygenation, coagulation, acid and alkali addition, and so on. The dosing process can be carried out manually or using a variety of electrical appliances and instruments such as a PC, magnetic flap level gauge, PH meter, stroke controller, frequency converter, and so on, to convert the dosing device into a mechatronic product with automatic control. The dosage volume and pressure of the dosing device can be adjusted to meet the needs of the industrial process, as well as the appropriate metering pump. The flow rate varies from 1L/h to 8000L/h, and the pressure ranges from 0.1MPa to 25MPa. Suitable products can be chosen. The metering pump's metering precision can reach +plusmn;1%, and multiple media can be delivered and adjusted simultaneously.
