Applications of PCB Mount SSR Solid State Relay
Flame-retardant engineering plastic shell, epoxy resin potting, single-line in-line circuit board welding installation, and standard modular size are used in SSR circuit board solid state relay. There is no mechanical sound, no contact arc ignition, increased surge current tolerance, extended life, and high reliability when compared to electromagnetic relays. The input end drive current is low, and it is easily interfaced with computer terminals and various digital program-controlled circuits to achieve weak power isolation and control.
Petrochemical equipment, food machinery, packaging machinery, textile machinery, CNC machine tools, plastic machinery, exercise equipment, entertainment facilities, and other automation control industries all make extensive use of this technology. Small motors, incandescent bulbs, indication lights, low-power power supply, and smart instruments can all be controlled by it. High-power electromagnetic contactors can also be driven by instruments and other solenoid valves. It is particularly suited to difficult situations such as corrosion, humidity, dustproof, explosion-proof, and frequent switching needs.

Characteristics of PCB Mount SSR Solid State Relay

AC output via bidirectional thyristor, with zero voltage on and zero current off.
The DC output uses a bipolar transistor, which reduces the conduction voltage, increases switching speed, and provides robust anti-interference.
TTO and COMS digital logic circuits can use the input signal.
There is optical isolation between the input and output circuits.
2500V is the isolation withstand voltage between the input and output terminals.
