The GCF series bottle water filling machine line is used to fill 200–2000 ml PET bottles with mineral or purified water. Glass bottles can also be used. It just needs to change the conveyor parts. Different models can satisfy various requirements of output from 2000B/H to 24000B/H. The whole process is automatic and suitable for PET bottles, plastic bottle-filling mineral water, and pure water. In comparison to the same model, our machine's output is higher and more efficient because filling methods that use gravity or micro pressure filling make the speed faster and more stable. The machine is controlled by a sophisticated Siemens programmable controller (PLC), which interacts with the inverter to run more steadily and dependably. The photoelectric sensor detects all parts operating in a highly automated and user-friendly manner.
