HST’s inclined clarifiers are highly versatile and can be used in both stormwater tank equipment and wastewater treatment plants. They operate by allowing suspended solids in the water to settle on inclined tubes, from which they slide down the smooth surfaces into a collection area beneath the clarifier. The accumulated solids can then be removed using a cleaning system once the tank or basin is emptied.
