Cutting fluids must be cooled and lubricated in order to process metal, but they are also susceptible to contamination from particulates and guide oils, which results in the following issues:
1. Significant downtime due to waste liquid disposal. 

2. Particles impair workpiece processing accuracy and reduce yield rate
3. Microparticles result in significant tool loss and sticking;
4. During processing, floating oil creates a lot of oil mist, and the workshop atmosphere is unfavorable;

Cutting fluid odor, contaminants, floating oil, mold, and other issues can be swiftly and effectively resolved with the use of a cutting fluid purifier, which also allows cutting fluid to be recycled and purified while extending its useful life.

Examples of applications of oil-water separators
1. liquid storage tanks for cleaning supplies, machining centers, and different CNC machine tools.
2. Pools of oily effluent from hardware processing facilities, repair shops, etc.
3. Coolant circulation reservoirs, including degreasing tanks and cleaning equipment.
4. Pretreatment pools, which include printing, dyeing, and electroplating wastewater, are used prior to wastewater treatment.
5. Floating oil recovery, like that seen in catering oil separators, prior to the flotation separation tank.
6. Two liquids with differing specific gravities can be separated.
