The YB series hydraulic ceramic piston pump is a double acting volume type hydraulic displacement parallel pump. Using a-type alumina as the plunger, it has extremely high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Nearly 20 models in seven series—YB85, YB140, YB200, YB250, YB300, YB350, and YB400—are available for hydraulic ceramic plunger mud pumps. The flow rate of these pumps can vary from 0 to 120 m3/h. 

Commonly used pumps have a maximum pressure of 2.5 MPa, with a rating of 2.0 MPa; low-flow high-pressure pumps have a maximum pressure of 8.0 MPa, with a rating of 6.0 MPa; large-flow high-pressure pumps have a maximum pressure of 3.5 MPa, with a rating of 3.0 MPa. The low-pressure pump has a 1.5 MPa pressure and a flow that is 10–20% greater than what similar pumps are rated for. In addition to saving floor space, the YB ceramic plunger pump with filter press can replace three or four outdated diaphragm pumps, saving users money on maintenance and power consumption.

Piston Pump Applications:
Ceramic mud spray drying, high-pressure spray combustion of coal water slurry, clean (soil) water, different suspended liquids, mud, and liquids containing sand for long-distance transportation are all done with hydraulic mud pumps. Hydraulic ceramic piston pump can also be used for filter press feed.
YB series hydraulic ceramic plunger pump is used in:
1. Transportation of ceramic slurry, coal water slurry, kaolin, stone sewage, and suspensions of non-metallic minerals.
2. Transportation of suspension, chemical and pharmaceutical slurry, electronic slurry, etc.
3. Transportation of tailings, coal mine, leather, paper, electroplating, piling, sand washing, sand production, dilling, printing and dyeing, and other sludge.
4. Moving sludge from lakes, rivers, and municipal sludge.
5. Farm residue, biogas, and manure, etc. 


Hydraulic ceramic piston pump features:
1. Wear resistance: The plunger is made of alumina ceramics and is finely ground. There is 0.4um surface roughness and a hardness above HLC8.5. The plunger and the conveyed materials have no shearing movement. It is suitable for conveying materials with sand and solid particles.
2. Strong self-priming capability: 4–8 m self-priming capacity using a plunger-type vacuuming method (the change in the suction range is determined by the material's specific gravity).
3. Adjustable constant pressure automatic variable: the working pressure of the plunger mud pump is adjustable, and it can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0-2MPa. The adjusted pressure will not change due to the change of the pump output flow, and the set pressure will remain unchanged, Even if the outlet of the running pump is shut down, the pressure will not change. (The change cannot be greater than the pump's maximum flow rate; the flow rate may be zero).
4. High pressure and high efficiency: Ordinary models have a maximum pressure of 2 MPa. The plunger mud pump motor's power is one to two models lower than that of other pump types when the pressure is ≥0.5MPa and the flow rate is the same.
5. Easy to use: all that is required to change the pressure is to tighten or loosen the pressure regulating valve. After the pressure is adjusted, it will be locked, and there is no need to adjust it later.
6. Low operating costs: The plunger seal and valve are the pump's weakest components. The replacement cycle of ceramic slurry is 3-6 months, and the municipal sludge is 6-12 months.
7. Long service life: The service life is at least 15 years.
