Digital Dosing Pumps are positive displacement diaphragm metering pumps that are powered by a 230V, 50Hz source. It can be mounted on a base. The liquid is forced into the system by the solenoid pushing the diaphragm. A solid-state electrical circuit powers the solenoid. It has controls for the appropriate dosage accuracy.
Digital Dosing Pump Diaphragm: Even in the most demanding applications, a superior diaphragm is made to last a long time. We use solid PTFE diaphragms of imported quality.
Pump for Digital Dosing Electronic Circuit: Modern electronic circuits that have been protectively coated with epoxy are essentially impervious to magnetic fields, temperature changes, and other electrical disruptions.
Excellent quality, heat-dissipating solenoid with a high rating. Even with prolonged use, pressure and capacities do not decrease. The tiny, positive displacement pumps known as reverse osmosis (RO) plants are used to pump chemicals or other materials into a stream of gas or water at a highly precise flow rate. A specific volume of liquid is poured into the chamber, and the chemical is then inserted into pipelines or tanks that hold the fluid that needs to be dosed. This is how these chemical dosing pumps operate. Electric motors or an aeration actuation element provide the majority of the pump's energy. A controller is used to navigate the pumps, regulate flow rate, and turn on and off the electricity.  Take a look at our selection below to find out more about the many kinds of chemical dosing pumps that we carry.
