Setting up and Examining
① Pipe cutting: the necessary pipe can be cut by hand or by machine, depending on the needs of the application, after the proper length has been measured. When cutting, make sure both ends are straight and vertical. Use a file to remove burrs and create a crisp edge, but don't let the chamfer get too big.
2 The bonding of pipes and fittings requires the following steps: trial assembly, marking and determination of the installation location, cleaning of the inner wall of the socket of the pipe fittings and the length of the inserted pipe end (socket depth + 10 mm), followed by wiping with cotton yarn stained with acetone. Apply the glue uniformly to the inside of the socket and the outside of the pipe end once the acetone has volatilized. It shouldn't be overly dense, but it also shouldn't be overlooked. After painting, insert and turn. All of the pipes should be put into the socket at the precise combination angle needed for installation. After two to three minutes, the pipes should be fixed on their own, and any extra adhesive that overflows from the bonding location should be wiped off to maintain the pipe clean. Now trim.Avoid forcing the direction or opening; doing so will result in leaks. The adhesive component cannot be watered or exposed to external force for a period of 24 hours after it is applied.
