This is a kind of weakly alkaline anion exchange resin with a primary amine, secondary amine, tertiary amine, and quaternary amine groups [-NH2、=NH、=N、=N-] in the epoxy chloropropane-polyethylene polyamine copolymer. It can be used as an ion exchanger in acidic, neutral, and alkaline mediums, with a large exchange capacity and speedy exchangeability.

It is mainly used in water treatment to remove Cl- and SO2-, remove inorganic acid, extract organic acid, and decolorize when refining the citric acid, streptomycin, malic acid, amino acid, etc. And it also can be used in the recycling of copper and silver ions.
