The power source of the bag pulse valve is generally electromagnetic suction.
According to the different installation structures of the input end and the output end of the electromagnetic pulse valve of the bag filter, it is divided into three types: right-angle pulse valve, submerged pulse valve and straight-through pulse valve.
The working conditions are that the working medium of the electromagnetic pulse valve is 0.2 ~0.6 MPa compressed air. Secondly, the pulse valve needs to choose the appropriate injection duration according to the manufacturer's requirements. Usually, the injection time of the pulse valve is set at 0.1 ~ 0.2 s.

According to the angle of inlet and outlet of the valve and the form of inlet and outlet, it is divided into three types.

1. Right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet of the valve body are at right angles and are directly controlled by electrical signals.

2. Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: The inlet and outlet of the valve body are 180°, and the diaphragm valve is directly controlled by the electric signal.

3. Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: The air inlet of the valve body is submerged in the air bag and is directly controlled by the electric signal.

Pulse period of pulse valve

The shock wave generated by the pulse causes the dust bag to generate pulse vibration from the port to the end.
This force will remove all the dust attached to the outer surface of the bag.
The process that the pulse valve of the pulse dust collector performs a cleaning and blowing process is called a pulse.
The time from the first pulse to the last pulse of the pulse device is called the pulse period, and the pulse interval period is usually set within 60s.

This structure reduces the requirement of the dust collector on the injection pressure of the air source. Therefore, the submerged pulse valve is more suitable for occasions with lower pressure.
On the other hand, the submerged pulse valve can also reduce energy consumption and prolong the service life of the pulse valve diaphragm.
