Surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water with a salt content of less than 1000 parts per million can all be treated with XLP series RO membranes, which are particularly well-suited for the second segment desalination of two-segment RO systems. In these situations, the membranes can achieve the same high flux and high rejection rate as conventional low-pressure membranes at extremely low operating pressure levels. Its rejection rate can approach 99.0%, and its operating pressure is almost half that of traditional low-pressure composite membranes. therefore increasing economic benefits and lowering the cost of operating the reverse osmosis system and the investment cost of necessary pumps, pipelines, containers, and other equipment.
Remarks of XLP Series RO Membrane
Individual element permeate flow may differ by up to 15% from the specified value.
An additional assurance is an active membrane area within ±4%.
Stabilized salt rejection can be attained after 24-48 hours of continuous use, contingent on the properties of the feedwater and the operating environment.

Maximum Operating Pressure 41 bar (600 psi)
PH Range Short-Term Cleaning 1-13
Maximum Operating Temperature 45°C (113°F )
Maximum Element Pressure Drop 1.0 bar (15 psi)
Maximum Feed SDI (SDI15) 5.0
PH Range Continuous Operation 2-11
Free Chlorine Tolerance < 0.1 ppm

Applications of XLP Series RO Membrane
Its primary applications include the production of pharmaceuticals at different scales, food processing, boiler feed water, and pure water.pumps, pipelines, containers, and other equipment, as well as the expenses associated with running reverse osmosis systems and enhancing financial gains.

Characteristics of XLP Series RO Membrane
  1. High rejection rate and flux
  2. Low operating costs and good economic benefits
