Low energy and fouling resistance are two characteristics of RO membranes from the FRLE series. This membrane element was created to clean water that has a high potential for organic or biological contamination. Compared to standard brackish water reverse osmosis membrane elements, it operates at a 30% lower pressure, uses around 1/3 less energy, and has a steady desalination rate of up to 99.5%.

Observations of BWRO Membrane:
  1. The individual element's permeate flow may differ by up to 15% from the specified value.
  2. Guaranteed active membrane area within ±4%.
  3. Stabilized salt rejection can be attained after 24-48 hours of continuous use, contingent on the properties of the feedwater and the operating environment.

Maximum Operating Pressure 41 bar (600 psi)
PH Range Short-Term Cleaning 1-13
Free Chlorine Tolerance < 0.1 ppm
Maximum Feed SDI (SDI15) 5.0
Maximum Operating Temperature 45°C (113°F )
Maximum Element Pressure Drop 1.0 bar (15 psi)
PH Range Continuous Operation 2-11

Characteristics of BWRO Membrane:

  1. Lower the system's operational energy consumption to increase the financial gains
  2. Effective anti-pollution capabilities
  3. Appropriate for high-pollution intake water quality
