The flow calibration column can precisely calibrate the dosing pump's output flow and is commonly used for flow calibration of dosing pumps and dosing devices. The primary material of the flow calibration column, also called the flow calibration tube, is semi-transparent PVDF and clear UPVC. The three connection methods are flange, male thread, and female thread.
Selection of Flow Calibration Columns
The pump's flow rate and flow calibration column selection are based on requirements for calibration time. For instance, if the customer has to calibrate the flow for 0.5–1 minutes and the pump has a 60 L/h flow rate, the computed flow per minute should be 60L60=1L, allowing for the use of a 1L calibration column.  It is recommended to use a 0.5L volume column if calibration is needed every 30 seconds.
