  • FREETA- is a single-stage emulsion dissolution device that is intended to dissolve polymer (coagulant) emulsions in smaller volumes than FREETA-.
  • FREETA- is made up entirely of a stainless steel polymer reservoir. The device incorporates a stirring shaft motor system. In a single tank, it dissolves polymer liquid solutions.
The principle of polymer dissolution
  • Polymers are classified into three types: solid, emulsion, and soluble solution. Polymers in soluble forms are the result of polymer mixing in solids and emulsions. Solid powder polymers are the most commonly utilized for blending. Because they are simple to store, maintain, and transport.
  • This is due to the fact that emulsion polymers dissolve more faster than powdered polymers. As a result, FREETA- is unsuitable for the efficient dissolving of powdered polymers.
  • Agitation is the primary agent in the dissolving process. The polymer will not dissolve in water if the mixing speed is too slow. When the polymer ages too quickly, it destroys the fiber structure and becomes inactive. To address this issue, FREETA- is developed to regulate the speed of the stirring motor.
  • The lengthy twisted fiber structure of emulsion polymers necessitates some time following disintegration. This increases the size of the twisted structure. FREETA- enables an incubation time of 30-60 minutes. The polymer product has a high viscosity after dissolving. No bubbles, concentrations ranging from 0.15 to 0.2%.
