Reverse osmosis works on the basic premise of using a special high-pressure water pump to raise the raw water's pressure to 6–20 kg. This allows the raw water to pass through the membrane, which has a pore size of only 0.0001 micron, when pressure is applied. Bacteria, fungus, viruses, and chemical ions are all unable to pass through and are released along with the effluent. The only substances that can pass through are water molecules and solvents with a volume smaller than 0.0001 microns.
There are stringent standards for the incoming water quality before the RO membrane is operated since the pH level, residual chlorine, and water temperature in the water can all have an impact on the RO membrane. The permeable membrane may become distorted and impair the effluent quality, as well as shorten the membrane's service life, if any of the aforementioned indications exceed their range. Furthermore, the quality of entering water must meet varying specifications for different kinds of membranes. You can verify in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions before commissioning the RO membrane.

PH value 3~10

The primary Applications of Reverse Osmosis Equipment

  1. Preparing pure and high-purity water needed for the manufacturing of electronic components such as circuit boards, computer hard drives, integrated circuits, chips, single crystal silicon semiconductors, and picture tube glass bulbs.
  2. The preparation of demineralized pure water and softened water needed for thermal power generation boilers, as well as medium- and low-pressure boiler water supply in mines and enterprises.
  3. The pharmaceutical sector requires the preparation of medical sterile water, pure water, injections, pharmaceuticals, biochemical products, and artificial kidney dialysis for artificial kidney dialysis.
  4. Getting ready drinking water, distilled water, mineral water, water for brewing alcohol, and clean water for mixing in the beverage (alcohol included) sector.
  5. Making drinking and household water from brackish and seawater.
  6. Deionized water preparation for the electroplating process; pure water preparation for the battery production process; items such as cars, home appliances, and building materials. Hard and desalted water needed for textile printing and dyeing processes; pure water for coated glass; water for surface coating and cleaning;
  7. Petrochemical industry, including chemical reaction cooling water; fertilizers, chemical agents, and fine chemicals; as well as process clean water used in the production of cosmetics.
  8. Superior water supply network systems and pool water filtration for lodging establishments, structures, and municipal airports;
  9. Reuse and treatment of wastewater from the circuit board, electroplating, and electronic industries.
  10. Wastewater treatment and landfill leachate from the papermaking, tanning, printing and dyeing, and hospital sectors.
