The U-JM-PF liquid precision filter is a standard micron core filter built specifically for water treatment. Unlike conventional rough filters, U-JM-PF employs up to 5-7 polishing procedures to ensure that the material-liquid contact surface approaches 0.6m, which is close to the sanitary level standards. The inside and outside of this filter are totally mirror polished, allowing it to satisfy a variety of demanding needs.
Precision filter operation principle:
The standard core filter is a filter that employs pressure to separate liquid and solid by using the filter core as the filter media. The method of using filter elements for liquid-solid separation is part of microporous filtration technology, which is best suited for materials with solid particles ranging from 0.5 to 10 m in size or larger than 0.5 m in size, but the particles are non-rigid, easily deformed, and have high viscosity between particles or between particles and filter media. Materials are difficult to screen. The liquid to be filtered is pushed into the filter inlet, then travels through the filter element from the outside to the interior, where it is filtered into a clear liquid and released out the exit. Impurities are trapped in the deep layer and surface of the filter element, allowing the liquid to be filtered.However, the filter element should not be utilized for an extended period of time because it can readily breed bacteria.
