To stop air from entering tanks of type RUT (WS-40) or RET (WS-50 and WS-100), a water seal is fitted at the overflow together with an air vent or a CO2 absorption filter (not included in the scope of supply). It is made of PVC pipework and is capable of holding diluted caustic solution (not covered by the delivery scope).
