A novel kind of filter plate is the closed (embedded) filter plate, which is made of high-strength polypropylene and is molded in a single process. Around the filter plate, a fishtail groove is carved using a CNC engraving machine. There are two inner and two outer channels in the fishtail groove. Put a sealing strip into the exterior groove. The closed filter cloth, which is a type of filter cloth with sealing strips wrapped around the filter cloth, is fixed in place by the inner groove. When it comes to sealing the filter plate, the two sealing strips perform a very fine job. The filter chamber is sealed after the filter plate is firmly pressed, preventing liquid leakage and odor volatilization during filtration and unloading. The embedded filter press finds extensive application in corrosive and volatile sectors such as insecticides, chemicals, strong acids, and alkalis.
