The operating principle
The automatic self-cleaning filter filters the raw water and cleans the filter element automatically, and the system provides continuous water supply during the self-cleaning and sewage drainage processes.

Control modes are classified into two types: automatic control and human control.
Timing and differential pressure are two methods of automatic control.
Setting the filtration timer: Set the filtration timer. When the filtration timer expires, the sewage discharge begins, and the sewage discharge timer determines the sewage discharge time.
Differential pressure control: In real time, the control system compares the system's pressure difference to the pressure difference established by the user.
When the system's pressure differential reaches the predetermined value, the filter will automatically clean the filter element and discharge sewage, and the sewage discharge timer will set the sewage discharge time. When the sewage discharge timer expires, the filter will stop self-cleaning and return the system to its initial state in preparation for the next filtration procedure.
To discharge sewage, turn the manual/automatic selector switch on the operation panel to the manual position.

The control pipeline is made up of a differential pressure switch, a pipe joint, brass pipe, and various other components. The standard filter comes with a stainless steel brush, but you may also select alternative types of brushes based on your usage conditions (water temperature, water quality).
