Working Principle of PSA Nitrogen Generator
The PSA nitrogen and PSA oxygen generators operate on the same principles. Under the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) principle, molecular sieve acts as an adsorbent to capture nitrogen and oxygen from compressed air. High performance results from a perfect process design. The life of the molecular sieve is increased by a special vacuum molecular sieve filling system and impacting technology. Installation and shipment are easier with a structure on skids. with a remote output and control system and a DCS controller system. Unmanned operation with high automation.
