Nitrogen Generators generate a continuous supply of high purity Nitrogen at the chosen pressure.
The modular pressure swing adsorption (PSA) unit works with alternating pressure rise and fall.
Untreated air is forced through reaction towers containing carbon molecular sieve adsorbers.
Moisture, CO, CO2, THC, O2, and other undesirable air components are adsorbed, leaving pure Nitrogen Gas.
The trapped compounds adsorbed are released at low pressure during the desorption cycle, and the adsorber is ready for the next cycle.
Flow rates range from 10 LPM to 30 LPM and higher.
