Under the action of pressure, the raw liquid flows out through the filter element, the residue is intercepted by the filter element, and the clean liquid flows out through the filter element to achieve the purpose of filtration. 
The main function of the cartridge filter housing can remove impurities such as sediment, clay, rust, suspended solids, algae, biological slime, corrosion products, macromolecular bacteria, organic matter, and other tiny particles in the water.
According to different filter media and design processes, choose different filter elements to meet the requirements of effluent quality. 
It has the following styles: clamp type, and ordinary flange. Rocker arm quick mounting flange, etc. The filtering accuracy of the filter is in the range of 1-500 microns. Can be customized according to customer needs.

 Scope of application
     1. Ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, softening, ion exchange, and other pretreatment.
     2, aquaculture water filtration.
     3. Oilfield reinjection water filtration.
     4. Filtration of circulating cooling water.
     5. Reclaimed water reuse, advanced wastewater treatment, and filtration.
     6. Steel, petroleum, chemical, paper, automobile, food, metallurgy, and other industries circulating water filtration.
     7. Turbidity removal and purification of groundwater and surface water.
     8. Filtration of domestic water supply and production process water supply.
     9. Central air conditioning, and boiler return water filtration.
     10. The equipment that has certain requirements on water quality can filter the water supply.
     11. Water purification for swimming pools and landscapes.
     12. Municipal, green space spraying, watering, agricultural sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation water filtration.
     13. Ship ballast water filtration.

 Cartridge Filter Features
1. Material and structure
*The filter housing is made of 304, 316L stainless steel or polypropylene, glass fiber reinforced plastic. (It can also be manufactured according to the material required by the customer)
*According to the number of filter elements, the filter can be installed with single or multiple filter elements
*According to the length of the filter element, it can be made into 10", 20", 30", and 40".
*The installation interface of the filter element is divided into international two-end flat pressure type, snap-in type or flat pressure type, etc.
*The sealing form of the cover on the cylinder: quick-opening and flanged
*Material import and export connection method: flange connection, thread or quick connection, etc.
*Filterable media: gas, liquid.

* Small filtration resistance, large flux, strong interception ability, and long service life.
