It is mainly composed of a pump body, impeller, pump cover, guide vane, auxiliary impeller, pump shaft, connecting frame, electric air control valve, and other parts. The inside of the pump body is composed of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and other parts. After the pump is started normally, the impeller sucks the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipeline together, and the liquid mixed gas is thrown into the gas-liquid separation chamber through the guide vane under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotation of the impeller.
Different from the specific gravity of the liquid, the lighter gas is separated from the mixed liquid and discharged out of the pump, and the degassed liquid re-enters the working chamber and re-mixes with the air sucked in from the suction pipe inside the impeller. It will soon form a certain degree of vacuum at the inlet of the pump body, so as to achieve the purpose of self-priming. Due to the unique venting function of the pump, the pump can deliver liquids containing gas without installing a foot valve. When the pump is equipped with an "electric air control valve", the control valve is closed to achieve sealing; after the shutdown, the control valve is opened, which destroys the vacuum in the suction pipeline and prevents the liquid in the pump cavity from being sucked in due to the cylinder suction after the shutdown. The pipeline flows out so that enough liquid is kept in the pump cavity to continue the self-priming process, thus realizing "first drainage, permanent self-priming".
