Disposable VacufilTM vacuum filtration systems are excellent for separating and purifying large volumes of samples for biological fluids, tissue culture medium, and fixation buffers. The device comes with a membrane filter, a polystyrene reservoir bottle with a separate sterile polyethylene top, and a graduated funnel made of clear polystyrene with a polyethylene neck adapter. Each VacufilTM Disposable system unit is sanitized and packaged separately. To satisfy all of your filtration requirements, PES, MCE, CA, Nylon, and hydrophilic PVDF membranes are offered. membrane type-specific colour coding for filters.

Applications of Disposable Vacuum Filtration Units
  1. Perfect for filtering biological fluids, fixation buffers, tissue culture media, cell culture media, and other aqueous solutions
  2. Sterile filtering of non-autoclavable liquids
  3. Using a glass Fiber pre-filter, sterile filtration and clarifying of hard-to-filter aqueous solutions

Characteristics of Disposable Vacuum Filtration Units
  1. Offered in 0.45um and 0.22um
  2. The membrane diameter of the filter is 50 mm for 250 ml units and 90 mm for 500 ml units.
  3. Volume measurements: 500, 1000, and 250 mI
  4. Lightweight and robust wall design
  5. The reservoir bottle cap has large knurls for a simple screw.
  6. Easy grip edges of reservoir bottles make handling easier and simplifies tightening, loosening, and adjusting.
  7. Wide, easily accessible bottle opening for stable, effective pouring out
  8. Graduation engraved ensures authenticity
  9. Multiple hose diameters can be fitted with the designed hose connector.
  10. Heat-sealed to the support grid, detergent-free, suitable for tissue culture, and maximizing flow rate while minimizing foaming and denaturing protein
  11. Verified as non-pyrogenic
