We continue to study and develop novel platic consumables ideal for life sciences research in order to supply our end-users with more cost-effective solutions and cutting-edge laboratory consumables. NEST has consistently positioned itself as a high-end laboratory consumables company. NEST has a 2,000-square-meter floor space and a high-power laminar flow clean room that meets ISO 8 standards. These facilities include a central feeding system, Japanese high precision injection machinery, robot arms with automatic conveyers, hot runner molds, and vacuum plasma and corona treatment devices from Belgium, Germany, and the United States.
The moisture content and temperature of the inner room can be adjusted. NEST purchased a Rhodotron TT 200 from Belgium IBA, a world leader in the E-Beam sterilizing business, in 2013. NEST completes the entire process chain, from raw material sourcing through in-house sterilization of final products ready for delivery to clients. NEST's production facility has an ISO 9001:2008 management system certification. Our sterilizing techniques comply with ISO 11137:2006 and ISO 13485.
