The new PVDF hollow fiber membrane modules with high-flux, high-mechanical strength, out-side-in principle, high loading area, and large interception capacity are adopted by OWCYCLE column ultrafiltration membrane modules, which guarantee the system's long-term stable operation at high flux. Module Characteristics of Column Ultrafiltration Membrane
High porosity and small pore size result in high-quality water.
For PVDF ultrafiltration membranes, a nominal pore size of 0.02 μm is used. These membrane fibers can efficiently remove bacteria, viruses, and other particles, including colloids, because of their small pores and large open area.
An extended membrane life is attributed to high mechanical strength.
Fiber tensile strength is > 5 N, which prolongs membrane life, minimizes hollow fiber breakage, and can tolerate repeated air flow scrubbing.
Design with outside-in pressure and powerful anti-pollution capabilities
