Characteristics of Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane
High Strength
 
Canpure Fiber-Reinforced Membrane is a PVDF membrane with tubes that successfully prevents membrane capillaries from breaking due to its high capillary strength.
No peeling of the membrane
The PVDF membrane is embedded and binds to the supporting tubes using Canpure's thermal process inlay, successfully resolving the membrane "peeling off" issue.
Long-term hydrophilic characteristic 
Hydrophilic materials are added, and a unique crosslinking technique is used in the Canpure Outside-in UF reinforced membrane's preparation, giving the capillary its permanent hydrophilic property, improved anti-fouling properties, more stable product water flux, and improved cleaning recovery.
Excellent anti-oxidation capabilities
PVDF Canpure Because of its high crystallinity and ability to withstand oxidants with larger concentrations of ions, the outside-in UF reinforced membrane has a deeper cleaning effect and a longer lifespan.
High flux and high strength
The capillary strength of the Canpure Outside-in UF reinforced membrane is greater than 169MPa, and at 25°C, the standard generated water flux is 400L/m2·h·bar.
Aeration structure that is unique
A special aeration device inside the module is adopted by the Canpure Outside-in UF reinforced membrane, guaranteeing more equal aeration and an improved air cleaning effect.
Extremely low operating pressure
Canpure membrane assemblies for outside-in ultrafiltration (UF) usually function at pressures as low as 0.02 MPa.
