The AS950 Portable Sampler is perfect for field applications such as stormwater, environmental, or industrial pre-treatment because of its lightweight design, minimal power requirements, and ease of mobility. A laptop is not required in the field because the AS950 controller has standard memory and USB connectivity, which enables all data to be logged and transferred via USB drive. Additionally, these crucial, distant sampling applications are nearly error-free thanks to the huge, full-color display's straightforward programming. To accommodate varying needs, the AS950 portable sampler comes in three base sizes: tiny for manhole applications, standard for most applications, and big for large bottle composite sampling.
The AS950 portable sampler may start up to two distinct programs for stormwater sampling depending on user-specified parameters, like pH thresholds or rainfall. Additional programming options for the AS950 include collecting samples of different sizes, collecting samples at user-specified intervals (time-weighted), collecting samples at increments in flow volume (flow-weighted), or collecting samples over the course of a run-off event as determined by a rain or flow sensor.
The AS950 portable sampler has a noncontact liquid detector for industrial pre-treatment monitoring, which eliminates sample cross-contamination without the need for laborious cleaning methods. Pump tubing replacement that doesn't require any tools ensures a clean sample quickly. In order to start a sampling program when thresholds are surpassed, a Hach Differential pH sensor can also be installed.
