The quick and easy method for installing flanges in the field is to use flange adaptors. You may rapidly connect to almost any faced and drilled flange by using ductile iron pipe that has been cut to dimension along with a flange adaptor. The spigot end of ductile iron pipe is joined to the flanges of valves, pumps, fittings, and pipelines via flange adaptors. They accept pipe misalignment and don't require threading or welding.
The set screws stop blow-off and remove extra restraining connections. Set screws need to torque up to 95 N.m. From DN80 to DN2600, a wide variety is offered with nearly any flange drilling or pressure rating specified.
