El- Nasr Castings Co. (ENC) is the Egyptian Leading manufacturer for gray and ductile iron products which are used in water and waste water industry. ENC group of Foundries have a continuous history of innovation which is reflected in the high standard and wide range in gray and ductile cast iron products, which are supplied to many sections of industry. Ductile Iron Castings ranging from 0.5 Kg to 12 ton individual weights are made by using electric induction furnaces, in ductile and grey iron, low, medium and high alloy grades of cast iron for heat and corrosion resisting applications.ENC considered the pioneer company in the field of metal castings in Egypt and Middle East.ENC is the Egyptian leading manufacturer for gray and ductile cast iron products for water and waste water industry with experience more than 65 years.ENC includes four plants, three of them in Cairo, and the fourth in Alexandria.ENC holds ISO 9001 and ISO14001.ENC produces according to 1SO 2531, EN 545, and EN 59 .... ENC is the Egyptian leading manufacturer for gray and ductile cast iron products for water and waste water industry with experience more than 65 years.
ENC includes four plants, three of them in Cairo, and the fourth in Alexandria.
ENC holds ISO 9001 and ISO14001.
ENC produces according to 1SO 2531, EN 545, and EN 598.

Historical Background:

1962: ENC was established and included two plants for gray cast iron and alloy steel.
1985: ENC started the construction of ductile iron pipes plant which was opened in 1988.
1991: High quality castings plant was constructed to produce ductile iron valves.
2006: Flour milling roll was established and the production has been started.
2008: the company started to producing Fe Si Mg 10 % and Fe Si Mg 5 % alloy.

ENC products:

ENC produces Ductile Iron Pipes from DN 100 mm to DN 1000 mm, Fittings up to 2200 mm and Valves (gate knife valves) from DN 65mm to DN 400mm and butterfly valves from DN 350 mm to DN 1800 mm , PN 10/PN 16 based on the International and European Standards. In addition to other products such as:
Mill rolls used in wheat milling for flour production.
Bollard which used in seaports, available in different loads and size
Alloyed ductile iron rolls used in steel rolling.
Ferro-Silicon-Magnesium alloy, the essential material for converting grey iron to ductile iron.
Decorative light poles in different figures and size.
Brake shoe for railway train.
In addition to many products manufactured according to customer specifications.
